All Goods to the UK are despatched by FIRST CLASS POST. We try to despatch items the following day (the following Monday for orders received on a Friday or Saturday) but please allow 5 working days when placing your order. If you need something urgently please contact us

If the item you have ordered is unavailable - we will contact you as soon as possible with an expected delivery date and/or available alternative items. You then have the option to cancel, with full refund or wait.
