PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO MORSTON QUAY! - There are no facilities to give refunds or exchange goods.
We offer a "fuss free" money back guarantee on all items purchased on-line and returned to us within 14 DAYS of receipt. We are more than happy to exchange an item if it doesn,t fit or you would prefer a different colour. If you prefer you can return it to us for a full refund (less Postage & Packaging) Please email us at sales@beansboatwear.co.uk and let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund and we will send out a replacement item or refund the value of your purchase within 3 days of receiving the original back. However PLEASE do not return something you have worn (even if you have washed it!) as we will be unable to refund or exchange it.
When returning an item we recommend you use recorded delivery for your own protection. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for return delivery cost unless the wrong item has been shipped or the item has been delivered in error.
It will help us if you can state the reason for the return as it will assist us to ensure that our web site and quality of our products meets our customers expectations.
We will always try to fulfil an order however there may be reasons an order cannot be fulfilled and we reserve the right not to accept an order. For an example we may not accept an order for one of the following reasons:
1. The product you ordered is unavailable from stock
2. We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
3.The identification of a pricing or product description error
We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to fulfil an order. If we cannot fulfil your order we will provide you with an estimate of when your item will be available and alternative stock choices. If you do not want to wait or an alternative we will refund your payment in full. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to Cancel and Order.
You can cancel an order at any time up to the point of despatch. Contact us by email and we will refund your card and cancel the order. Once the order has been despatched you can still return the product. See Returns.
All product details entered on the site have been entered with due care however there may be errors. Where a description error becomes obvious we will contact you in order to establish if you wish to cancel the order - in which case we will refund payment in full. Where a pricing error occurs, if the price is understated we will despatch the order and refund the balance. Where the price is overstated we will contact you and determine if you wish to pay the balance or cancel the order. NOTE. Order acceptance occurs at the point of product despatch - we reserve the right not to fulfil an order where a pricing error has occurred.
We at Beans Boat Wear are committed to a secure transaction. All card transactions are processed by a third party through Nochex, we at have no access to your card details. All transactions are processed across a Secure Socket Layer ensuring a secure link between your browser and the server. The familiar padlock becomes visible when you move to the secure area. If you are having problems connecting it may be because you have the security settings at too high a level on your browser.
We at Beans Boat Wear are also committed to protecting your privacy. When you shop with us on the web you will have given us your name, address, phone number and e-mail address, because this is the only way we can process your order. We will not pass your details on to any 3rd party - this includes your e-mail address!
PAYMENT& DELIVERY INFORMATION.
Nochex accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo. Your card is debited at the point of order. In the event of an item being out of stock we will e-mail along with an estimated delivery date at which point you can decide if you want to wait or cancel. Items are normally despatched within 5 working days of receipt of order by first class post and should therefore arrive in about 7 days. We do make a charge for postage & packing (£2.50 per order). If we have to split an order because an item is out of stock we will charge p&p on the first delivery with free delivery on the second. We do not expect the customer to pay any additional p&p.
